We maintain HITRUST CSF certification and follow industry standards for data transmission and security.

We do a number of things to ensure that data is protected end-to-end. These include:

  • Ensuring data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Following API security standards using OAuth 2.0 or higher
  • Using a secure service portal with two-factor authentication
  • Utilizing dynamic passwords on all files that are securely delivered

All staff members undergo rigorous Fraud Waste and Abuse (FWA) training as well as HIPAA and Compliance training on an annual basis to ensure that our staff are educated and able to reinforce data protection and privacy.

Our ISO 27001, SOC1, and SOC 2 certified data centers ensure that data is accessible irrespective of outages. These centers run and are monitored 24x7x365 to ensure business continuity.
